Grounding Meditation: Resourcing with Nature

Sit, stand or lie down for this meditation. I’ll guide you through connecting to yourself through breath, grounding and sensation. Then you’ll begin to connect with an element in nature: something sturdy, stable and predictable that can support you. You’ll “attune” to this element, becoming one with it and its wisdom.

This is one of my favorite meditations for grounding, centering, and feeling less anxiety or overwhelm. It was taught to me by my teacher Rachael Maddox.
